DELIVERIES & RETURNS :

How long will my order take?We estimate your order to be shipped within 1 day of receiving your order. 
 

NOTE: Please note that the shipping time is an estimated lead-time only. Your order will not ship until all items are available. Once your order has dispatched, you will receive an invoice Notification email, which will provide you with detailed delivery information.

 

FREE standard delivery on orders over £150 exc VAT

Standard delivery UK Mainland only via UPS next day service £9.95 + VAT.

 

Returns:
You may return items for credit/refund with the following conditions:You must first contact us via email for a returns authorisation. Return authorisation request is made within 10 working days of receipt of the goods You will be refunded for the goods in full if they are returned, not fitted, in a saleable condition and undamaged.

Goods must be packed/re-packed in a safe and secure manner

Goods must be ready for our carrier to collect at the agreed date/time


We reserve the right to deduct a repackaging/restocking charge should the packaging be excessively damaged. (max 10% or £25) from your refund.
Return carriage charge will be deducted from your credit/refund,(max 10.25 + VAT per collection) unless goods are faulty and a replacement cannot be supplied.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADING:

 

1. Our invoice is an acceptance of your offer to purchase

 

2. Goods supplied by the seller shall be at the Purchaser's risk immediately on delivery to the Purchaser, or into custody on the Purchaser's behalf (whichever is the sooner). and the Purchaser should therefore be insured accordingly. Property in the goods supplied. as shown on the invoice, will pass to the Purchaser only. when the goods have been paid for in full and not before. Until such time as property and title so passed. the Seller shall be entitled to require the Purchaser to re-deliver the goods and shall also have the right to attend at the Purchaser's premises (or wherever the goods are held on the Purchaser's behalf), and recover the same in each case without the need for prior notice.

 

3. Notification of non-delivery or packing discrepancy must be given within 48 hours of despatch date. quoting invoice number.

 

4. The Seller may ship or deliver by instalments and each instalment may be deemed to be sold under separate contract.

 

5. The price of these goods shall be at the price ruling at the date of the invoice.

 

6. Payment of this invoice will be taken before goods are dispatched.

 

7. Returns. Goods cannot be taken back without the Company's previous consent and should in all cases be accompanied or preceded by advice notes. To assist in avoiding loss or delay in transit goods should not be returned in cases consigned as "empty".

 

8. These terms and conditions will supersede any conditions of Purchase specified
